Fundraising

Walton Pre School is rated Good by Ofsted and provides a much loved and valued service for the community. As a charity, we rely on fundraising as without this we cannot afford to continue to provide the essential extras. This ensures that our children have access to an enhanced and rich range of experiences which they otherwise would not have.

We need your help so we can continue to offer this rich and varied curriculum for every child. We are grateful for your support and the children will be thrilled that services they receive now will not to reduced or cut.

Autumn Fundraising

Our Autumn raffle raised a fantastic £83 which was used to purchase a portable cooker along with cooking utensils which will be used by the children and staff during cooking club. One of our families also very generously gifted a 2nd cooker which enables us to have a cooker in each classroom. Your generosity is overwhelming and we are all truly thankful!

Summer Fundraising 2023

Amazing! We raised a fantastic £324 on our Summer raffle and £73.50 on the tombola stall. Thank you to everyone who very generously donated prizes including our local businesses:

Our Spring Visitors!

The children and staff are so excited to be able to welcome new visitors into Pre School!

Seeing chicks hatch at Pre School is a magical experience for the children and links in perfectly with the term’s topic of ‘Life Cycles’. This has been made possible using the money raised through our Easter Raffle and Easter Bonnet competition. Thank you so much!

Christmas Fundraising

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our fundraising activities in the lead up to Christmas. The money will be spent wisely to create a new external maths station for the children to explore.

Two New Colourful Rugs for our Classrooms

Thank you to everyone who took part in our Autumn Hamper Raffle. You very kindly helped raise a total of £97 which was used to purchase two lovely new rugs for the children to enjoy sitting comfortably whilst listening to stories, reading and playing.

Our Fantastic New Water Station!

The children have been having a wonderful time enjoying the new water station that was purchased using the money raised through the Summer raffle and the tombola.
