During March 2025 we attended the Nourishing our Future (NOF) conference at Anglia Ruskin University. This event culminated all the research that Early Years settings in Essex had been providing over the food practices, cooked meals, packed lunches and snack options which are available in Early Years Settings.  It was informative, inspirational and we look forward to stage 2 of action.
