Required Qualifications

- Early Years Qualification at Level 5/6 with a minimum of Level 3
- Experience working with children aged 2–4
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Safeguarding and SEND
- Previous experience as a DSL
- Thorough understanding of OFSTED requirements

Personal Qualities

- Deep understanding of child development
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Have a team focused positive approach
- Excellent communication skills with trustees, colleagues, parents and children
- Passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences
- Enthusiasm for developing and enhancing the setting

Human Resource management experience

- Financial budgeting awareness
- Inspirational and able to lead by example
